The rescuers quickly scooped up the two surviving kittens, placing them gently into a helmet for the ride home, knowing that without immediate help, they might not survive.

The Challenging Care and First Aid

The kittens were in desperate need of care. They were covered in fly eggs and maggots, and the rescuer had to use tweezers to carefully remove each one, cleaning them with a soft toothbrush to make sure every inch of their bodies was free from dirt and parasites. The process was slow and meticulous, but it was essential to give the kittens a fighting chance.
